Portable Filters type "FILTROMAG" to fumes pull-off from welding semi-automatics

Portable filter type “FILTROMAG” is intended to welding fumes pull-off which are created during the welding of a weldable wire in the gas shield of welding semi-automatics by MAG and MIG methods.  

To one dust collector type “FILTROMAG” can connect to a maximum six welding semi-automatics which are equipped in welding clamps with pull-off (eg. Type RAB-15AK, RAB-25AK, RAB-36KD, RAB-501, RAB-501D about the lengths of 3, 4 and 5 metres).  

Portable filter type “FILTROMAG” in the standard execution is equipped in six throttling valves which should be installed on the elastic ducts f 50 mm and length to 30 metres, which are connect with welding semi-automatics. The throttling valve must be installed next to semi-automatic directly. It is used to exact adjust of quantity of pulled-off air so, not to rupture the gas shield over weld and pull-off from the welding zone the maximum quantity of welding fumes. All welders taking advantage of the same dust collector should together pass the regulation of a throttling valves and afterwards not change them settings, even during the breaks in the welding works.  

In the case of connecting to the dust collector type “FILTROMAG” less than six welding semi-automatics, not used ferrules f 50 mm should be close or to install on  them short sections of the elastic duct with the regulating throttling valves.

The filter is equipped in:

• the mobile dust container about the capacity 50 litres,
• the silencer on output from the fan,
• 6 pcs. of the outlet ferrules f 50 mm,
• 6 pcs. of regulating throttling valves.

   

Additional equipment:

• the welding clamps with the guyes,
• the elastic ducts f 50 mm,
• the band clips.
