Rotary Valves
Structure and Operation
The rotary valves consist of the motionless body, wherein is found a turning rotor about 6 or 8 with shoulder-blades. These shoulder-blades can be steel or finished with elastic rubber cover plate. The rotor with shoulder-blades finished with elastic rubber cover plate applies in the case, when in the dust can be found greater elements (small parts) which would be able to block the rotor. The rotor is seated in the bearing housings, which are stand-off distance of a body, that forbid getting the dust to a bearings. To the element of connecting body is screwed the motoreducer which propels the rotor of the rotary valve. The inlet and the outlet of the rotary valve is finished with connecting flange: round or square.
